This is finally the Thomas ride he was looking forward to. You can’t really see Thomas while on the ride, but they play Thomas songs during the ride for your personal enjoyment.

We went to Strasburg, PA for the “Day With Thomas.” He was very excited.

They had a long train of Amtrack cars at Steamtown that one could walk through. Here’s the dining car.
Here’s the passenger car. Lotsa room. The sleeping quarters were cramped but you spend the night there and then enjoy yourself in the other cars. It was a great tour. And a selling point for Amtrack.

He got alot of chances to ride trains this year. Oh happy day!

He got a different pool this year. It could fit more water in it. Then they would run across the lawn and dive in it. And fill it with grass clippings.

He still doesn’t have the hang of the kiddy bumper cars. But he was better than last year.
We found a larger train ride we missed last year and we rode that 3 times. It will probably be more next year.
