It’s finally getting to the point where there isn’t any more frost warnings for the evenings. As long as the cats don’t make a home in it, we should be ok.
Nicco now says “surprise” when he gives you a box. He can say “dump truck” and “mail truck” now that he has a truck book with lots of pictures.

I can’t see it really getting any better than that.

Nothing happier then a chair your own size.
I noticed that he was taking a small ringbinder notebook I had, and was playing with it. Then he wanted a pen with it. He tried to push the pen into the rings. When that was done, he cleared the chair and sat down. I figured out that he was doing the Blue’s Clues Handy, Dandy, Notebook and the Thinking Chair. What a smart boy!

He took off the teepee and was hiding in the tunnel. The tunnel has netting on the top half, but you can’t see thru the bottom half. He’s trying to see the television thru it by the looks of things.

Ut oh. Chester took over the tent. And he looks happy there. That’s not good.

If he’s watching Little Bear he doesn’t even blink. Looks like he has a bag of chips and is watching the big game. Can you say, “zombie?”

This was the best $9.99 I ever spent. A tent on one side. Teepee on the other. Tunnel between them. Plus they are made the same way as the big tents you take out camping. Very durable and water tight on the floor of it. You can use it inside or outside.

They like the sandbox the best. They tried the slide, and that was ok. They didn’t care for the teeter-totter so much. Maybe later. Or next year. Lots more running going on this year compared to last.

When it gets warm out, it’s time to play. This year he has his running legs. Good luck catching him. Fortunately he will grow out of the grass stained clothes for a few more years anyway…
